Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ:PATI) announced Vice-President Robert Sandlin would be taking over responsibilities after former-CEO and president Thompson S. Baker II resigned to accept a new position as Senior Vice-President of Vulcan Materials Company.
Baker will continue to serve as the Company’s Chairman of the Board.
