New parking space planned for Albany International Airport will provide travelers with another 260 or so spots near the terminal, but it may not sit well with airport workers who would lose what is now the largest employee lot.
Under the plans, the employee parking spaces would be replaced with a new lot across Albany Shaker Road next to the former Ann Lee Nursing Home.
The 3.5-acre lot is on the corner of Dalessandro Boulevard and Heritage Lane.
