Southeast Florida’s major economic throughways resumed operations, albeit limited, after Hurricane Irma ripped through Florida over the weekend. Airports and seaports in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties on Tuesday were working to ramp back up in the days and weeks to come.
