Nearly a year after unveiling a master plan that included the possibility of leasing airport-owned land to developers, Raleigh-Durham International Airport Authority has issued a request for proposals.

Specifically, the RFP is for lease of airport-owned land. Three undeveloped parcels of airport property north of I-40 near Old Reedy Creek Road will be up for lease, comprising a total of about 256 acres.
