Uber’s so-called “Hell” program could make a dire situation even worse for new CEO Dara Khosrowshahi.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s New York office and the Manhattan U.S. attorney’s office is looking into whether the San Francisco-based car service used software to offset the success of its competition.
This isn’t “the opportunity of a lifetime” former Expedia CEO Khosrowshahi recently claimed.
“I love Expedia,” Khosrowshahi said. “I was fully intending to stay here.” Maybe he should.
