Atlanta air giant Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) is plotting upgrades at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. And it starts with the new nonstop service to Austin, which debuted at RDU in March, says Andy Renner, director of domestic network planning at Delta. The service, currently operating on a regional jet, gets upgraded to a “mainline” Boeing 717 in March of 2018, just in time for South By Southwest.
