The Columbus region is among the country’s 10 best emerging industrial markets to watch in 2017, according to a new report, with ample land ready to be developed and an enviable location at the intersections of Interstates 70 and 71.
The region is particularly well positioned to attract logistics providers and retailers, Colliers International said in its report on U.S. markets expected to see the largest increases in demand from industrial property owners and tenants.
