FRANKFURT (Reuters) – Linde (LING.DE) and Praxair (PX.N) received a second request for information in August from U.S. antitrust regulator FTC regarding their planned merger and are in the process of responding, they said in a regulatory filing late on Monday.
The two companies said they still expected the deal to close in the second half of 2018.
