A third-party logistics provider has signed a lease for a 622,830-square-foot distribution building in Smyrna.
The Tennessean reports that New Jersey-based NFI expects to open at 951 Aviation Parkway by the end of the year. The NFI facility’s main client will be Lowe’s, according to the newspaper.
The building is one of two warehouses being developed on the property by Dallas-based Hillwood Investment Properties.
