A major distribution center is in the works in Fairborn promising 150 new jobs.
In a video posted to Facebook Friday, City Manager Rob Anderson revealed a new 150,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center has broken ground along Spangler Road, south of U.S. Route 444. It will be used by an unnamed industrial company now code-named “Project SoHo.”
