United Airlines is expected to fly its last scheduled flight on the majestic Boeing 747 in late October, and Delta has said it plans to retire the jumbo jets by the end of the year.

But EVA Air, a Taipei, Taiwan-based airline that flies daily between Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and Taipei, got there first.
