Facebook-funded study suggests reviving Dumbarton rail bridge to connect Silicon Valley, East Bay

Facebook put up the money for the study in January 2016 in hopes of solutions for getting its employees from the East Bay to its main campus in Menlo Park after paying bonuses up to $10,000 to some if they would move closer to work.
